• Check on actual products, an operational condition and an operational environment

• Receiving an instruction manual, drawings, a parts list
• Estimate adjustment with NCB
• Preparation of an estimate (cost, dates, test items, a number of a sample and others)

• Reception of an application
• Check on its contents

• Check of samples received, its way of operation and an operation mode
• Decision of a test plan
• Fixing a schedule of a test witnessed by NCB

• Construction check at EMC Kashima or customer's premises
• Review of an applicable test(addition/deletion of a test items)
• Request of correction in case of NG

• Performing a test(including a test witnessed by NCB)
• Continuation or request of correction in case of NG
• Advice on improvement

• Submission of a test report to NCB
• Registration of products at NCB, an issue of a certificate

• Delivery and explanation of a test report, a certificate and other related documents
• Technical support after a delivery and follow-up
• Notification of a factory inspection by NCB
