Russia GOST-R Certification
Russia GOST-R Certification is a certification program according to the Russian national standard (GOSUDARSTVENNYY STANDART of RUSSIA). Most of the products intended to be marketed in Russia are required to have a GOST-R marking. When suppliers wish to export their products to Russia, a GOST-R Certificate of Conformity or Declaration of Conformity is required for customs clearance. Therefore, suppliers shall obtain the required certification before exporting.
We offer support services for obtaining the GOST-R Certification with cooperation from SERCONS Japan. As for ITE, the test reports issued by us can be used for obtaining the Certificate of Conformity, so customers need not to ship the product to Russia.
SERCONS Japan is a Japanese branch office of the Russian certification authority SERCONS (Head office: Moscow).
SERCONS Japan, the only Russia GOST-R certification authority in Japan, can provide prompt services.
GOST-R Certificate of Conformity

Korea KC certification
Korea KC certification is a mandatory approval program based on the Korean radio act (regulated by KCC (Korean Communication Commission)) and Electric Appliances Safety Control Act (regulated by MKE (Ministry of Knowledge Economy)).
Most of the wireless/wired communication devices and ITE are subject to the both acts. The assessment system is classified into three main types depending on the potential risk of interference to radio communication networks:
- Conformity Certification
- Conformity Registration (including the registration based on the self-test)
- Interim Certification
We offer support services for obtaining the KC certification in collaboration with a Korean designated testing laboratory.
Taiwan BSMI approval
Taiwan BSMI approval is a mandatory approval program based on the safety requirements of the electric/electronic equipment and/or the EMC regulation. The applicable requirements (the safety requirements and/or the EMC requirements) depend on the type of the product and the approval can be obtained via the following routes.
- RPC : Registration of Product Certification
- DoC : Declaration of Conformity
- TA : Type Approval, Lot-by-lot inspection is required
The wired/wireless communication devices are required to be approved by National Communications Commission (NCC). We offer support services for obtaining the approval in collaboration with a local designated testing laboratory.
