| 1995 | No.1 and No.2 Test Sites were recognized by the Ministry of Commerce in New Zealand. |
| 1996 | No.4 Test Site(Large-sized Shielded Room)was established. |
| 1998 | The main office was established. American Association for Laboratory Accreditation(A2LA)accredited in accordance with the ISO/IEC Guide 25 "General Requirements for Technical Competence" in the field of electrical testing. |

| 2002 | Accredited by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation(A2LA)in accordance with the ISO/IEC 17025 for General Requirements for Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories. Awarded by The National Tax Agency in Sawara as an excellent tax-paying company. |
| 2004 | No.6 Test Site(Anechoic Chamber)was established, and was registered with the Federal Communications Commission(FCC). Product Safety Test services started for Information Technology Equipment(ITE)and the equipment for a laboratory. |
| 2005 | Accredited by American Association for Laboratory Accreditation(A2LA)in the fields of tests for automotive component devices and calibration for the test equipment. Registered in the General Motors "List of Recognized EMC Laboratories". |
| 2006 | No.7 Test Site(Anechoic Chamber exclusively for automotive devices)was established. No.8 Test Site(Shielded Room for the transient test)was established. Registered as a Recognized Laboratory of Ford Motor Company for all test items. |
| 2007 | No.9 Test Site(Shielded Room for Transient Test)was established. Awarded the 1st prefectural project "Challenge Enterprise Contest CHIBA" sponsored by the Chiba Prefecture Government as an outstanding company. |
| 2009 | Awarded by Fuji Sankei Business i for the Outstanding Technical Award in the 14th Chiba Prefecture Energetic Company Award Ceremony. No.10 Test Site(10m Anechoic Chamber)was established, and was registered with the Federal Communications Commission(FCC). |

- From Narita Airport
Take a taxi from Narita Airport to EMC Kashima. It's about 40 minutes' ride and will charge about JPY10,000 . - From Tokyo
(1) Take the Highway bus at the Yaesu South Entrance of Tokyo Station bound for Kashima Jingu Station.
It's about one and a half hours' ride. The final bus leaves Tokyo Station at 22:50.(2) Get off the bus at the Kashima Central Hotel. (3) Take a taxi from Kashima Central Hotel to EMC Kashima. It's about 15 minutes' ride and will charge about JPY 3,000 or a little less.
